Delisa, a six-year-old girl, lives with her mother, Salama, and her three sisters in a seaside village on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. She loves playing soccer with the boys, but unlike her sisters, she is not good at prayer and will not learn to pray unless she receives something. On the day of a prayer recitation test, a huge earthquake and tsunami hit the village, killing her mother, sisters and friends, and Delisa, who survived, loses her right leg. This film is about Delisa's reunion with her father, Usman, who returns from abroad, and pulls out the meaning of life in the memory of her mother.
