“The sun's light reaches the earth in about 8 minutes. The earth as seen from the sun is the past, and the sun as seen from the earth is the future. This means that the present is the future and the past at the same time, which means that there is no time. My mind can't explain it very well.” A former oden store owner, who opened his restaurant due to an incident 30 years ago, has been on hiatus since the COVID-19 pandemic. The fountain of words gushing from the owner, who is breaking the record for the longest holiday in his life at over 800 days, is chilled, kneaded, and hardened to like ice cream to bring the viewers this play.

Even aging old men still have something shining in their lives. They are neat, dainty, elegant, graceful, the list is endless.
Look for some of these great qualities in these dancing old men!
    LOS HOCOS

This is a dance company of old men who perform mainly in Kyoto. Formed in 2010 mainly by members who participated in the old men's team of Dance 4 All held at Kyoto Art Center. They named themselves Los Hocos after the Yamahoko of the Gion Festival, a traditional event in Kyoto. These old men who have not mastered dance techniques expose their raw bodies and dance with all their might to explore new frontiers of dance.
In September 2012, they gave their first solo performance at the Guggenheim House (Shioya, Kobe). In January 2014, they won the Director's Prize at DANCE COMPLEX vol. 9 (Osaka Performing Arts Creation Center).
